You can visit museums, the ruins of Empuries, Figueres with the Salvador Dali museum, Girona with its cathedral or Barcelona.
At 25km there is a golf course, a turtle park and a butterfly park. In Empuriabrava (12km) there is a wind tunnel and the possibility to go skydiving.
